It really helped the transition from swaddled to unswaddled. I did one arm out for two days and both on the third day. The first day was a little rough with naps but night time sleep was good and she began self soothing with sucking her thumb by day 3

Our 2 month old loves these swaddles. They have allowed us to get a 4-5 hour stretch at night. Highly recommended!
