Love this deba. It's my first attempt with Japanese single beveled knives (alongside with a Yanagi I ordered in the same instance). Loves the knife. It came very sharp, but obviously sharpening yourself then further increases sharpness . Very happy with the item so far. Customer service was spot-on, too.
