Matter | Mattifying Top Coat

I used this over 3 coats of Immortal, and got a really cool squishy effect. Looking forward to trying it over more colors and finishes.

Makes a great protector from darker colors...

Excellent matte top coat. Retained the effect for the full seven days I wore with my manicure, and it looked great over metallic glitter.
