Neon vice color i was surprised to see this in this years Vice collection. I’ll wear this with another color for the summer.

Opaque and true white!
Completely opaque in 3 coats. Great formula easy to apply. Truly white! Swatched on stick in1,2,3 coats. Shown in video putting over my thumb and you can’t see thru 3rd coat.
