So cool and glowy. Formula is amazing, of course. Ive decided this is my favorite color. Like an ultraviolet. Great as a topper on polishes that lean too warm for my cool skin tone.

Pictures will not do the blue shine any justice. Like, it was glowing out of the box almost. Wow.
