Packaging
I love the machine. But the box had been crushed & there were several chips on the ice guard & machine. Please package it better.

Snow cone maker not shaved ice
It’s not shaved ice, more like a snow cone.
Also, I could have purchased it at Amazon for $25less than going direct with Dash as I had to pay the shipping!
