Thin flat and lots of fat

We are repeat customers for awhile now. This brisket was thin on the flat, actually burnt one end getting the brisket smoked to the correct temp and done indicators. It also had 4.5lbs of fat that was trimmed which may be normal for a competition brisket. We ended up with 3.5lbs of flat and a 4lb point. Not impressed.
