Omega Yeast OYL-011 British Ale V

Every Omega yeast I have tried has been excellent. I typically use them with the fast pitch canned wort yeast starter. High efficiency every time. Each Omega yeast is fine tuned for specific beers, and I stay "in the lane" with them, meaning I don't vary from their ideal style by a lot.
