This is one of my staples. Took awhile to find the right mug (smaller/rounded) to cook it in and now, in 52 seconds on Power 7 in my 1000W microwave, I have a very satisfying dessert or meal. It cooks up small but packs a lot of flavor. Love it!

Good!

It exceeded my expectations in the taste department. Is it great? No, but it’s good and I’d buy it again. It does have a bit of a strange texture. It’s wetter than I thought it would be. Maybe I need to try microwaving it a little longer. I do like the flavor and it’s a nice way to have a treat with 15 grams of protein
