This is so worth it.

Taste great, texture not so much

This is great when I need a sweet taste to tame my sweet tooth. I wish it would have a better texture once cooked. The longer I cook it, it seems to loose the fluffy texture, but if I don't cook it long enough it seems runny.

Blueberry cake

I think it’s a nice change for breakfast. I’m 6 weeks out from a gastric bypass and I can only eat about 3 ounces. This cake mug is about the right size and has protein15 Gm and fiber 7 Grams, low sodium and lo carbs, no added sugars so great for breakfast. Very blueberry taste. Sweet taste so I think lots of folks will like it. It is a bit too sweet for me that’s why I only gave it three stars but I still will use it for a breakfast change cause of the high protein.
