I have a number of chess sets, pocket, travel, magnetic, tournament roll up boards with weighted plastic pieces. I even have one of the lawn chess sets that is beautiful that I got from ChessHouse. This Staunton set adds a phenomenal asset to my collection. It is stunning, graces a new board that I have that was made in Spain, and this board and pieces are now, by far, my favorite set. I now have my dream Chess Set! These pieces check all the boxes for me! They are very stylish! I especially love the Bishops and those exquisite Knights! I love the color and the way the pieces feel in the hand. They fit snugly in a chess box with molded coffers. On top of that, they were on sale! Sometimes things do work out!
