Very disappointing customer service

I received my shipment yesterday and I was short shipped the rice which was the whole reason I ordered from this company. I sent an email and a day later they responded asking me to send pictures of the open box (I had already emptied the box to my cupboard, my family consumed some of the items) and a picture of the packing slip (already buried in my recycling bin) so basically they didnt want to process a refund or re ship the missing item. They also said I could make a claim with onward?? This was the extra charge they snuck onto my bill without me realizing. Seems like shady business practices here and they do not provide decent customer service. Do yourself a favor and source product elsewhere.

This rice is definitely a game changer! It makes the BEST fried rice. Since having this rice.. I do not miss regular rice. I find a little goes a long way also.

This rice is comparable to the real thing, I followed the instructions on the package, then added some soy sauce, I couldn't tell the difference from the real thing....amazing rice!!!
