OYL-015

Brewed a big robust Porter at 1.110 OG. Pitched 4 packs which were super fresh. Fermentation went very hard and finished off at the expected 1.027. Fresh yeast make all the difference.

Fast and clean

This yeast ferments quickly (with a healthy pitch) and allows a nice expression of malt and hops. Excellent flocculation to boot. One of my favorites!
