Great flavor

This is the best cinnamon. I've ever had ..one small critique is that the smaller sticks are hard to hand grind... They break up into little pieces.

Wonderful tasting Cinnamon

I buy mostly Ceylon Cinnamon but when making extracts or grinding for baking, I like to add a bit of Saigon Cinnamon to give a bit of punch! This cinnamon was a great companion to my Ceylon, also from SFG. I ground 3/4 Ceylon to 1/4 Saigon and it is amazing. I get a nice round, full cinnamon flavor for baking.
