Amaranth
The Amaranth I ordered germinated well. The edges of my germination tray dried out and only the center of the tray germinated. I was worried about watering to much because the instructions say to watch overwatering.a On my next round of planting I will be checking the moisture level in my trays every six hours instead of twelve.
