Amaranth (Organic) - Sprouting Seeds

Their seeds are my go to for the last several years. Great germination rates in my zone 5 1/2 garden

First try at sprouting Amaranth seeds - with patience, these germinated pretty well and the flavor was nice. Growing some on to microgreen stage for comparison.

Very pleased with the seed. Have not planted yet but look forward to a plwntiful crop!
