The parts are absolute quality even though I ordered the wrong parts out of ignorance. My friend bought a two bike garage stand and a gravity foot broke upon a move. I looked online and ordered what I thought was the correct part but upon receiving the parts, found they were to small. I emailed Delta Cycle about the parts, Danielle was quick to respond and offered the correct parts upon returning the feet. Great customer service via email but never received a phone call from the company after leaving a voicemail. To which, they promised to return calls.

I ordered these feet but they were the wrong size (I needed 1 1/2” Dia). Emailed customer support and they zipped me out a pair of the correct size. Great customer service! See before and after pics.
