The spare key was great, and I'm glad I had the option since I lost my original one. However, this review about the seriously amazing customer service I received. When I ordered this part, I didn't realize that my old address was connected to my ShopPay account, so when I got the notification that the item had shipped and saw that my old address was there, I quickly reached out to customer service. I wasn't sure if they would catch the mistake in time, but not even an hour went by, and I got an email saying that they had changed the address for me and another email stating the item had shipped to my new address! That is the fastest response I've ever received from a company, and I'm so glad!
