Disappointed - ordered 5 swatches to find my perfect color match before ordering. The melt my heart swatch I purchased matched my hair perfectly, so I ordered the fill ins of that color.. when I opened the package I found they were a few shades lighter than the swatch I purchased.. even comparing the 2nd swatch from “pouch 1” you can see the difference (even more drastic in person) I am waiting to hear back from customer service to help resolve this

I love them! I bought melt my heart and honey dipped and layer them for the perfect ombré blend. Matches my hair great. Feels and looks real. These extensions are great quality and are so soft. The length is great, comes to just under my chest. I’m going to have my stylist layer them a bit for an even better blend. Very happy with my purchase.
