First and Only Order

I placed an order during a sale. Order was shipped timely. However, the issue comes in when I received the order missing one of the fabrics and had to contact the company and got a response that there was an issue with that particular colorway and they did not ship it to customers and would issue a refund. They did in fact issue a refund for the particular fabric, however, I shouldn't have had to contact them to get the refund as they knew it wasn't being shipped and should have issued the refund upon shipping the rest of the order. Had I not contacted them about the missing fabric, no refund would have been issued and there was no communication about any problem with any part of my order prior to it being sent. Additionally, one of the other fabrics has several spots where there are holes near the edge and a few places with marker/words that appear permanent, but not worth contacting the company again about yet another issue with fabric and instead just know that it was the first and only order I'd make with this company.

Color was not as pictured but actually more baby blue as it is listed which I was happy with. Fabric is nice and price was excellent. I will definitely buy more fabric from here. I was super happy with my order of 7 different colors of fabric

Love the color! Was very pleased with my purchase of 7 different color of fabrics. Order was packaged well, received within 1 week. Great quality fabric and their prices were at a great deal. Will be purchasing more fabric from here.
