Product arrived quickly, well packaged and protected. Nice little thank you gift in package. Harness was not as in the video. Instructions were fairly generic videos, not helpful at all. Called 12 Volt. Zach and I worked the problem and solved it readily. Never felt rushed. Zach even stayed on whilst I programmed the cellular module. Product works well. Even better is the support provided. Thank you again, Zach (with apologies if I spelled your name wrong)!!
