Most Excellent customer service. Needs changed and I needed to return it. No hassle return was awesome! Will definitely use them in the future.

100% plug and play so no splicing of wires. Programming the module was easy. I did step one of the setup and once done, sent the module back to 12 Volt for step 2 programming. They had it on it's way back to me in 24 hours. I followed the final steps of programming which were very easy and the remote is working great.

Had problems to start, but they stayed with it, great product. This is the second one I purchased, that should say enough in itself.
