Revolve Steel Macebell Strength Training Weight

Great macebell. Shipped fast, arrived in perfect condition, and the balance and grip feel solid. The 5 lb is the right weight to learn proper form before moving up. Solidly built and I'd buy from Retrospec again.

Solidly made and easy to handle. Even only at 5lbs, the offset nature of the mace truly does challenge all major muscle groups!

This is my first time trying a macebell so I don't have anything to compare it to but it's comfortable to grip and I'm enjoying working out with it!
