The mace itself is exactly what you’d expect. Solid, well made, and balanced. What sets this purchase apart is the customer service. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and there was a mistake with the order. When I called the company, a human being answered the phone. They listened to the issue, promised to fix it, and did so FAR above and beyond what I expected.
