Very disappointed – poor quality and unsafe

I had a terrible experience with this product. The facial roller I received was extremely poor quality. The very first time I used it, the crystal edge actually scratched and cut my face. It’s unsafe to use and clearly not well-made. Other items in the set also had rough, broken surfaces — you can feel the uneven texture just by touching them. It feels like there was no quality control at all. On top of that, I purchased a surprise gift box expecting at least a few items for the price I paid, but all I got was a single hairband. It felt like a complete rip-off. I’m very disappointed and would not recommend this brand to anyone.
