Great color match!

I wish I had saved the emails from when I had reached to Bombay for assistance in color match. I would love to thank the specialist that helped me out because I was leaning towards a different shade than this one. She asked to email her some pictures of my hair and after doing so, she suggested this color, Ash Brown, I thought I would’ve been Caramel Brown. She also mentioned that I could buy a color swatch sample just to be more certain. The samples are worth it if you’re unsure, only $2/$3 each. I ordered those samples, one of each color and guess what, the Bombay specialist was correct. I’m definitely on the warmer/bright side, level 7/8, with a hint of cool, this color is spot on! So thank you again. As for the quality of the hair, great! I got 22” and though my hair is a bit long, I thought 22 would be longer than what I ordered. Still long tho! I haven’t installed them yet but they do feel nice and thick from start to ends, no see-through ends if you know what I mean. Great quality for an even greater price!
