The checkout experience is confusing and potentially off putting. Taking 4 clicks to go through ads, requests for other products, donations, etc. must have pretty bad conversion. There's also a spelling error in one of the screens which doesn't inspire confidence. I only say this because I love the product so much and feel that the site could do more business if the check out process was cleaner and simpler
