I’m very happy with my first order on global kitchen Japan. The Iwachu takoyaki pan is perfectly non-stick after three washes and seasoning. My first takoyaki balls came out crispy outside and juicy inside. The pan is a bit heavy, but that’s the point of having a cast iron pan for arm exercising xD
