All I can say is wow! Looks like the reviews were spot on, and I always appreciate truth and advertising. Since purchasing this item, I could immediately tell that the quality of my sleep was deeper.

5 stars - ZQuiet does what it advertises: it reduces and even stops snoring. The reason for the reduced number of stars is only for the size of the appliance; the smallest size they have is still just a little too much for my mouth. Consequently, my mouth is left open all night, which dries out my mouth. I taped my mouth for two nights, but that is rather awkward and not something I would like to do regularly. OVERALL, ZQUIET does exactly what it says it can do and is a good product. It shipped and arrived as expected.
