Rain , snow ,transportation supply chain disruptions or an unprepared general populace can’t stop this responsible American from trying to sustain. Cans are durable, ingredients seems to be balanced however I personally think if the protein content were Double per serving it would be more helpful. However with some thought and effort this base ingredient can be uniquely tweaked to each individuals tastes and needs. Have not tried it yet and I don’t think I will untll it’s necessary . Antiication and suprise, it is want it is , and it will be good, I know it will. Enjoy yours ✔️

We haven't tried the Black Bean Burger mix and may not for some time since it is meant to be for emergencies. What we really like is Camping Survival's great customer service and fast shipping. Thanks a bunch!
