Grilled Skirt Steak with Herb Butter, Roasted Asparagus - Lower Carb

We really enjoyed this meal. The steak was so tender. The asparagus was cooked just right. We will be choosing more low carb meals.

steak was excellent - asparagus was a little tough but it was probably because to warm the meat the asparagus got over cooked - next time I’ll reheat them separately
