Cat's Claw Tincture helped with joint pain after Shingles Vaccination

I've been using the Cat's Claw since I experience unusual side effects from Shingrex, a shingles vaccination that caused joint pain in one hand and lymph node swelling. The cat's claw is supposed to help with joint pain and inflammation. I am also using it for high blood pressure; however, after 3 weeks, it has not helped with that issue. Maybe with more time it will help with the HB pressure issue. I like that Cheryls Herb tinctures use glycerin as a base instead of alcohol. It makes them more palatable.
