A quintessential kitchen tool!

I use one of these near every time I enter the kitchen. Prep, baking, or clean up, it's always close to hand so I purchased another to gift. As an aside, Gusta's customer service was incredible. I sent a query and had a reply shortly, their team going out of their way to make customs happy. I'll certainly be purchasing future products here first.

It does seem expensive for what it is, but I find myself reaching for this little tool whenever I'm handling dough for bread, pizza, etc. No regrets.
