Damaged packaging

The hat seems fine but it was disappointing to see such an expensive hat arrive in poor badly damaged packaging. The hat was a little misshapen due to the damaged package but it has since regained its shape.

Amazing service and a beautiful Panama hat.

Love the hat and the service from Erika and the team has been fabulous. Thank you for helping me find the right hat. I originally ordered a Herring which was a little too big but Erika provided so much more information to help me find the right hat to replace a very old damaged Panama. I love it. Thank you.
