Easy and fun make

This pattern is great--easy and quick to see up and super cute! My little model won't be born until March, so I can't speak to fit, but I love the look so far. Can't wait to make more!

SIZE DOWN!!

It's a lovely pattern but OMG its a massive size. I measured my twins (CORRECTLY - i triple checked) and used the sizing guide to make two of the 2-3 year old Sweatshirt dress and they are one or even two sizes WAAAY too big. I was so disappointed as it was for their birthday. They will have to wait until next year to wear them. Let's hope they are still into Dachshunds then :(

Sweatshirt Dress

This is a lovely little dress and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I wasn’t fond of the waist elastic application. While it was nicely enclosed in a french seam, I felt it was bulky. I would try a different method next time, perhaps just press the seam open and then zig zag the elastic flat over the seamline.
