Best toe protection

My son has Charcot-Marie-Tooth and severe foot deformities. The post op toe surgery boot are the best protection for his toes. He wears a size 16 shoe and the only negative comment I have is the toe part of the shoe is too long and is a tripping hazard. Vivehealth could make a fortune on designing an actual sandal with this toe design especially for people with hammer toes. We would be first on the list to purchase the sandals. It could eliminate having toe surgery for some people.
