A bit akward to put on

I find it a bit awkward to put on but it does give much relief. Since I am an old (70’s) lady with back issues it is difficult for me to place it on. Once on I just sit for a bit until swelling goes down some and take it off. I can not walk with it since it is not on snug enough. Still glad I got it.
