Half Dome, Merced River, Winter

I recently purchased this Ansel Adams photograph as a companion piece to Yosemite Valley Winter, also reproduced from the original negatives. Yosemite Valley is one of the most stunning landscapes on earth and Ansel Adam's photos capture its breath taking beauty as no one else has come close to doing.

I love the Ansel Adam’s gallery! I enjoyed the explanation about the various types of prints. Knowing that my print came from an original was key to me purchasing the print I purchased. The museum framing is beautifully done. I cherish my print!

I have been an Ansel Adams fan for several years. I have quite a collection of his photographs in books. This April, I walked into the gallery in Yosemite National Park, and walked out with a photograph of Half Dome with the Merced River in winter. I am on cloud nine about my purchase. Thank you.
