The product claims to be a 1 step manicure that already includes base coat and topcoat features however one coat does not provide enough color so I waited 4 hours (got busy) before applying 2nd coat and was still tacky and smudged my manicure less than 4 hours after. I even waited 25 minutes for the 2nd coat to dry before touching anything. Contacted customer service as I've never had such problems with polish drying. They replied with questions which I replied back with answers and then heard nothing for over 2 weeks. Clearly customer service lacks with Orly. Never purchasing their products again.
