B2 Bike Travel Case

I bought this and immediately took it on a trip with Jet Blue. No extra fees, it just counted as a checked bag. I took a 56cm Carbon rim brake road bike, I did still feel safer taking the fork off but it was no big deal. The protection kit was out of stock so I made my own out of pipe insulation, including putting a piece over the chainring to prevent it punching through the Orucase. Zero damage or hassle. My bag came out on the normal baggage claim on one flight and the oversized on the way back. It doesn't fit upright in my Subaru Outback, which does require a little extra planning if you have additional bags. I don't know how you'd get two of these cases in for example without a big SUV. It does fit straight upright in a full size SUV. Definitely a good purchase as it'll pay for itself in just a few trips versus renting similar bikes.

​great versatility. No big deal to pull fork and room for all the cycling clothes in giant zip lock bags, protect your frame. It’s seems like a lot, but seat stays in place and handlebars/stem stay adjusted so actually faster than traditional bike packing. Rolls great for easy movement through airports. Included wheel bags are the best!

​Love this things. If you think with airlines charging less fees the era of minimal cases is over -- think again. It's not just the flight but also the trip to the airport (this fits in a prius trunk), locally (I took this on a train in Japan) and through the city. I'm so glad I had this for a recent Japan trip as it was so easy to move around with this. Quality is top notch and it's easy to pack and has plenty of room for kit etc. - highly recommend.
