Great bar - worth the $

I’ve been using it everyday for a week now and the more I use it the more I like it. It does just about everything I wanted out of a higher end oly bar: the bearings spin effortlessly and there’s some decent whip once the weight gets heavier (around 100 kg it becomes noticeable). Personally, I think the knurling is a bit too soft (I was expecting it to be more aggressive before I purchased it) but as long as I chalk up sufficiently I can get a solid grip. I really enjoy how it doesn’t have center knurling when performing cleans so I don’t scrape up my neck. It’s noticeably quieter than a standard power bar or cheap all purpose bar which is quite nice. Hopefully it holds up for years to come and can withstand ~25-50 drops per session on a daily basis.

I have used my new barbell from American Barbell for two weeks. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the barbell. I will recommend this product to others.
