Sharp, but....

The knife meets all expectations. It is SHARP. That's why I am disappointed that it did NOT come with a shield. When I ordered a second knife, same size, but from a different source, it came w an excellent protective shield. I've made my own shield for the knife from Swiss, but wish I had received one w the original order. The price certainly warrants that much!
