A Great Hostess Gift

I've used a serrated spreader for years and thought, well, everyone must have one in their kitchen drawer. While visiting a friend for the weekend we made a dish that called for a spreader. When I asked my friend if she had one, she said she'd never seen one before. So my after-visit hostess gift was a Wusthof Gourmet Searrated Spreader. She was very pleased with the gift and with the fact that it was a Wusthof product, which she knows is an excellent maker of excellent kitchen knives.
