Shipping was fast, and the sweet quenepas in my order were absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, approximately two-thirds of the box was extremely sour and not enjoyable to eat. I contacted customer service with photos to ask if anything could be done and waited through two business days for a response before writing this review, but I never received one. I was disappointed both by the inconsistency of the fruit and by the lack of customer service, especially considering the premium price.

Terrible Fruit. The box was super small for $157.00 is a rip-off. They weren't very good at all and the box was full of branches and barely any Mamoncillos. NEVER buy from this company anagim. They should be ashamed of themselves taking people's money for that small bag of fruit. You can get the same bag in Miami/Hialeah anywhere for $5 dollars.

The Fruit was young very small and not ready for harvest. I grew up eating these and had just had some from the home (The Bahamas) a few weeks ago. These were not worth the money spent. I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t purchase again. But It won’t be another blind purchase. It’s not a bad review of the company just an unhappy review of the quality control of the fruit I purchased. Shipping and packaging was fast and great. Customer service is really good! I do appreciate having access to Caribbean Fruit. Please don’t hesitate to try I may have gotten a bad batch.
