Excellent tool!

Initial purchase was years ago. The handle broke during the winter for some reason. The Lifetime Warranty provided me with a prompt replacement! These are great tools and a great customer service!

I am so impressed with the customer service. My Pro stainless Steel Shovel broke. I did as instructed, sent a picture and called and the customer service rep was pleasant, helpful and most importantly welcoming. I received a new shovel in a few days. What a great experience!

Wonderful product

This is a nice shovel- heavy duty and tough. Company stands by it's full lifetime warranty. I had purchased one probably 10 years ago and it broke- I contacted them and after sending in photos to show the damage,they replaced with only a small shipping fee. I love this company!
