This barbell is well crafted and I am able to do your basic squat, bench, and deadlift but I can also use it for assisted pull ups, inverted rows, hip thrusts, elevated push ups, etc. You can also connect the bar to their landmine attachment for core and single leg work. There is so much you can do with this bar than just the basic "big 3" exercises. The bar feels great in my hands and feels very comfortable.
