I have been most impressed with the entire unit I got from RPS, including the tank-full and low water sensors. The latter did not function at first, and with the help of the staff I did the trouble shooting on my end and found out it was a joint I had done for the low water sensor that was faulty. I have great confidence in the RPS equipment and its staff, especially in view that for cattle to be short of drinking water even for a short time is a major source of stress. Thank you.

Our business needed a solution to a wireless tank level sensor and RPS provided an excellent solution that matched our 240 VAC system. Easy to install and performs well. We did have one small issue in which I had to reach out to customer service and parts were received in one day. Great customer service is hard to find these days and this crew is excellent with working with us to fix the problem.
