Does as advertised!

Does exactly what it is supposed to do! Gets the grill to the felt level, great for Pizzas. With the spider 2.0 able to create double indirect cooking. Did a Boston butt for 10.5 hours and it fell apart. Awesome egg tools. Nice thick Stainless Steel construction.

Does exactly what I need it to do, gives the plate setter a solid place to rest and bakes it easier to place in and remove. It also brings the cooking grid up to felt level which is makes smoking and cooking pizza much easier. Could not recommend this enough if your egg set up didn’t have one to start out.

I recently purchased the CGS Expander for my large BGE. I almost purchased the BGE system, and glad I didn’t. The CGS Expander system is really heavy gauge stainless steel material , and fit perfectly. I’m enjoying cooking at the felt line and having the second level for additional food!
