Way better than expected

I've got a nice pellet grill, but I was missing the open flame, hot sear experience. Now I'm totally hooked on this thing. Perfect for small dinners, but you can pull off a big cook with a little creativity. Tons of character. From grilling a few sausages to roasting a perfect chicken or doing a low and slow cut. It does it all. Holds a very stable temperature. Makes me want to fire it up just to hear the sizzle and see that little chimney puff out smoke.

Ordered a Kamado Joe Jr, but unfortunately the dome was damaged during shipping when I received it. Couple pictures and a few e-mails and a new dome was shipped out to me. Now I can really start enjoying my new grill. Overall, excellent service, great pricing and an awesome grill.
