I had received a grinder that appeared to have an electrical problem, so I reached out, explained the situation, and received a replacement grinder. It took 4Q Brands (I think it's a company that owns Kaffe) awhile to respond, but once I heard back, they were very prompt, responsive, understanding, and kind. After that, they quickly sent me a new grinder that works great!
